Dr Eric George Don-Arthur, an 82-year-old gentleman was referred to Fakeeh University Hospital from Ghana for the management of his prostate problem.

He had a poor urine stream causing difficulty in urination, irritation and requiring him to wake up several times to urinate, hence disturbing his sleep.
