Dr. Randhawa is a Consultant Colorectal and General Surgeon with recognised expertise in robotic colorectal surgery, particularly in the management of inflammatory bowel disease and complex reoperative colorectal pathology. Her robotic practice encompasses advanced minimally invasive techniques for Inflammatory Bowel Disease, pelvic floor dysfunction, abdominal wall reconstruction, and complex intestinal failure, positioning her at the forefront of modern colorectal innovation.

She is also highly experienced in intestinal failure management, providing specialist care for patients with short bowel syndrome, enterocutaneous fistulae, and complex abdominal wall reconstruction within multidisciplinary pathways.

Alongside her robotic and intestinal failure expertise, Miss Randhawa is a leader in minimally invasive proctology, offering advanced evidence based treatment for haemorrhoids, pilonidal disease, perianal fistulae, fissures, and complex perianal conditions.

Miss Randhawa qualified from Warwick Medical School in 2007 and completed her specialist registrar training within the East Midlands Deanery, including two years at the Queens Medical Centre focusing on advanced colorectal surgery. She subsequently undertook a dedicated robotic surgery fellowship under a national Proctor, followed by a prestigious travelling fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic, Ohio.

Beyond her clinical practice, Miss Randhawa has organised charity surgical missions in India for over a decade, delivering essential surgical care and training in resource limited settings. In 2024, she travelled to Lviv, Ukraine, to teach laparoscopic surgery and was invited to meet HRH King Charles in recognition of her contribution to international surgical education.
