Points can be redeemed for all Fakeeh Health services.
All Mada Points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Members receive a monthly pointsstatement by email showing opening balance, points earned, points redeemed, points expired, andclosing balance. Expired points cannot be reinstated. Points cannot be used for already discountedservices/products.

Mada is an invitation-only programme. Membership is extended by Fakeeh University
Hospital to select patients based on their healthcare relationship with us. If you believe you
may be eligible, you may enquire through our patient services team, and your case will be
reviewed by our Mada programme office.
No. Enrolment in Mada is entirely complimentary. There are no joining fees, annual fees, or
hidden charges. Membership is a reflection of your valued relationship with Fakeeh Health,
and all benefits are available from the moment your membership is activated.
Mada has four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Excellency (VIP). Your tier is assigned by the
Mada programme team at the time of invitation, based on your healthcare profile and
relationship with Fakeeh Health. Tier upgrades are reviewed periodically and may be offered
based on continued engagement, loyalty, and points accumulation.
Mada Points are earned automatically with every eligible interaction - outpatient visits,
inpatient admissions, laboratory tests, pharmacy transactions, and patient referrals. Each
point is worth AED 1 and can be redeemed against future copayments for eligible services.
Points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and you receive a monthly statement
detailing your balance. Platinum members also receive an AED 1,000 welcome bonus on
enrolment.
Points can be redeemed for eligible OTC (over-the-counter) pharmacy items. However, points
cannot be used to pay for prescription consumables, items already receiving a discount, or
any service that has been exceptionally discounted unless specifically approved by the Mada
programme team.
Your Relationship Manager (RM) is a dedicated healthcare concierge assigned specifically toyour membership. They handle all aspects of your Fakeeh Health experience - from booking appointments and coordinating insurance pre-authorisations, to escorting you withinthe hospital and scheduling follow-ups. Upon enrolment, your RM will contact you within 24 hours and provide their dedicated contact number for direct access via WhatsApp and call.
Gold, Platinum, and Excellency members receive one complimentary comprehensive annual
health check-up per membership year. This is coordinated by your Relationship Manager and
includes diagnostics, laboratory work, and a physician review. The check-up is available once
per calendar year and cannot be carried forward or exchanged for a cash value.
Platinum and Excellency members who demonstrate health compliance - attending
scheduled check-ups, following up on referrals, and engaging with their care plan - are
rewarded with a bespoke surprise gift at the end of their first membership year. Past
surprises have included luxury hotel stays and premium electronics. The specific gift is
selected by the Mada team and is non-transferable.
Yes. Mada members earn 100 points for each patient they refer to Fakeeh University Hospital
who subsequently registers as a patient. The referred patient's tier eligibility is assessed
independently by the Mada programme team. Please ask your Relationship Manager about
the referral process.
Yes. Mada Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued. Your monthly
points statement will include expiry reminders so you always know when points are due to
expire. Expired points cannot be reinstated; however, expiry dates are highlighted in
advance so you have time to redeem them.
Mada is currently available as an individual patient programme. A Mada Corporate offering
- designed for organisations wishing to extend premium healthcare access to their
employees - is in development and will be launched in a future phase. Please contact the
