FAKEEH SMART CLINIC, in partnership with Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA), is offering a Community Health Program as part of the “DAFZA Population Wellness Initiative” to support the well-being of DAFZA residents and employees through preventive care.

Labs

  • (Note: The lab test requires 12 hours fasting.)
  • Basic Blood Test (CBC)
  • Vitamin D
  • Diabetic Screening Test (HBA1C)
  • Liver Function Test (ALT/SGPT) – (Above 40 year)
  • Cholesterol Test (Lipid Panel)
  • Kidney Function Test (eGFR & Serum Creatinine) - (Above 40 year)

Comprehensive physical assessment and consultation

  • Consultation with Primary Care Physician
  • Referral if advised by the physician

1. Download the FUH Mobile App

Access your reports, manage appointments, and stay connected with your health.

2. Register in the Campaign

Registration is mandatory to avail the services. All appointments must be booked through the online link to ensure a smooth and contactless experience.

3. Book Your Lab Test

Once you complete your registration, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message containing a secure link to book your lab test appointment. (Note: The lab test requires 12 hours fasting.)

2024

4. Visit FAKEEH SMART CLINIC for Lab Tests (12-hours fasting)

Visit FAKEEH SMART CLINIC for lab tests. Please bring your Emirates ID and employee card for verification.

2018

5. Book Your Consultation

Once your lab test results are ready, you will receive a WhatsApp message (within 3 to 4 days) on your registered number with a secure link to book your consultation with a primary care physician.

6. Meet Your Doctor

Visit FAKEEH SMART CLINIC for your appointment with a primary care physician to review and discuss the results of your health mapping reports

7. FUH Mobile App

Your lab test results & physician notes will be securely shared with you via the FUH mobile app for easy access.
