On June 13, Mr. Pradeep's young daughter accidentally swallowed a battery. The family came straight to Fakeeh University Hospital in Silicon Oasis, where the medical team acted very quickly. They took her for an X ray without wasting any time and immediately understood how serious the situation was, explaining that the battery needed to be removed urgently.
The team contacted the surgeon, who took the time to explain the risks and exactly what needed to be done. She was taken to the operating room, where an endoscopy was performed and the battery was safely removed. Thankfully, her recovery has been wonderful, and she is now doing well.
For Mr. Pradeep, it was more than just the expert care. While the operating room was being prepared, doctor sat with the family and explained everything, from the procedure itself to what to expect during recovery, offering real reassurance during a very stressful time. They simply understood what she was going through and cared for her beautifully.
