Based on the medical history and clinical reports that you will provide, our customer service staff will advise and direct you to the appropriate consultant specialist.
If you require inpatient admissions, our team will advise you of the approximate length of stay and cost estimate. All our inpatient rooms are private single rooms, and VIP Suites are available upon request.
Upon arrival at the hospital, our customer service staff will assist you throughout the registration and admission process.
A tourist visa should be obtained if you are visiting Dubai for leisure activities. UAE visit visa can also be obtained for 30 (short term) or 90 days (long term). Both visas are non-renewable.
For GCC nationals, you will be granted a visa upon arrival to the UAE with a passport or national IDs. However, for non-GCC passport holders, you need to check visa requirements for your respective countries.
Visas can be arranged through your local agent or the hotel of your choice.
Should you need to be collected from the airport by an ambulance, a prior arrangement will be made. The ambulance collection fee is AED 800 (Dubai International Airport, DXB). Alternatively, safe and efficient taxi transport can be arranged, as also a special taxi, comfortably accommodating the “People of Determination” (people with special needs), upon request. Should you require a special airport escort, “Marhaba Service” can be arranged for a fee of AED 250.
Fakeeh University Hospital has a helipad for emergency use. The hospital is approximately 15 minutes away from the Dubai International Airport.
Dubai offers a wide variety of excellent hotel options and furnished apartments. It is advisable to book your accommodation ahead of your visit.
