BRIEF PROFILE:

Dr. Heba Fouad Dawood is an experienced anesthesiologist with more than 17 years of clinical and academic experience. She has extensive expertise in adult and pediatric anesthesia, with particular experience in cardiac anesthesia and the perioperative management of complex and high-risk patients.

Her cardiac anesthesia experience includes elective and emergency cardiac surgery, minimally invasive and catheter-based cardiac procedures, as well as anesthesia for cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiology procedures. She has worked in leading international and accredited cardiac centers, providing anesthesia for a wide range of adult and pediatric cardiac conditions and complex cardiovascular procedures. She also has broad experience in major trauma, orthopedic and maxillofacial surgery, organ transplantation, obstetric anesthesia, and pediatric and neonatal anesthesia.

Dr. Heba is experienced in advanced airway management, TEE, POCUS, and perioperative hemodynamic optimization. She is actively involved in medical education and clinical research and has participated as a speaker and moderator at international anesthesia and intensive care conferences, as well as educational and hands-on workshops.
