Brief Profile
Dr. Omar Sabri is a highly accomplished Consultant Trauma & Orthopedic Surgeon with over 25 years of experience in trauma and orthopedics across the UK, Egypt, and the UAE. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS T&O) and holds a Master's in Orthopedics from Cairo University.
His outstanding career includes several firsts:
- First Robotic Joint Replacement in Dubai
- First MAKO Robotic Knee Replacement in Kuwait
- Established the UK’s first Major Trauma Clinic
- Former Secretary of the Orthopedic Trauma Society (UK & Ireland)
- Editor of the Journal of Orthopedics and Trauma on pelvic injuries
- Author of a chapter in the Oxford Textbook of Critical Care
Dr. Sabri is also a passionate educator, actively involved in residency and fellowship training programs, and is a faculty member with AO International and Stryker EMEA.
