Terms & Conditions

1. Complimentary consultations and screenings are subject to appointment availability.
2. Medications, vaccinations, and prescribed treatments are not included in the complimentary program.
3. Insurance coverage is applicable only at participating Fakeeh Health facilities and according to the patient’s insurance policy terms.
4. Any additional investigations, laboratory tests, treatments, specialist consultations, or follow-up visits beyond the complimentary screening may be charged to the patient’s insurance or billed directly if not covered.
5. Follow-up appointments and related medical services must be completed within same Fakeeh Health facilities.
6. Patients are required to attend appointments at the scheduled date and time. Missed or delayed appointments may require rescheduling based on availability.
7. The program offer is non-transferable and valid only for eligible participants.
8. Fakeeh Health reserves the right to amend the program terms, availability, or participating facilities without prior notice.
