Dr. Bader has an extensive background in healthcare administration, health policy, and public health. He has over 17 years of experience in healthcare industry, education, and research background. He received his PhD and Master in Healthcare Administration from Australia, and New Zealand. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and Hospital from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
While he has his extensive educational journey, he gained an international experience through numerous assignments in healthcare systems, hospitals, and academic medical colleges across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Australia, and the United Arab of Emirates; therefore, making him knowledgeable of the culturally diverse workplaces.
Bader is responsible to manage, establish, direct, and coordinate the public and government relations activities for the Fakeeh University Hospital (FUH). Part of this is to collectively contribute to the CEO’s office and the senior leadership team to develop the external relationship and communicate persuasively with key legislators and their staff members, committee groups, and other special interest organisations to stay abreast of potential rules as well as communicates the FUH’s goals in delivering high-end healthcare services in line with international quality standards.
