Fun-filled Back to School Event
An Informative & Fun-filled Back to School event organized by Fakeeh University Hospital
Fakeeh University Hospital recently organized a Back to School event for children and their parents. The event was arranged to enable a healthy start to the kids’ school.
The event was held at Fakeeh University Hospital’s premises on 27th August (Friday) from 10 am to 1 pm. It was both informative and fun filled. The children who attended were in the age group of 3 years to 7 years.
Activities done during the event
- Health Assessment by Fakeeh University Hospital’s Child Health experts: Dr. Sanjay Perkar, Dr. Abeer Khayat, and Dr. Bariah Dardari
- Educational sessions on how to pack healthy lunch boxes
- Tips on selection of a good backpack
- Fun activities like Face painting, Yoga and Dance
The event saw more than 70 attendees, including 35 kids with their parents, and officials from the Dubai Police.
This event also became a part of the Positive Spirit Initiative of Dubai Police.
COVID 19 guidelines & protocols were followed during the event. Only parents that were vaccinated with both doses of Covid-19 vaccine, were allowed to accompany children.
