For Residents, By Residents
Fakeeh University Hospital proudly hosted the 1st Fakeeh Health Residents Conference, bringing together more than 120 residents, interns, medical students, faculty members, and healthcare professionals for a day of learning, collaboration, and academic exchange.
Under the theme "When Every Second Counts: Acute Care Across Specialties," the conference placed our residents — and those of participating hospitals — at the very heart of the event. They took the opportunity to present, teach, discuss, moderate, and exchange experiences, all with the guidance and support of Program Directors and faculty.
This reflects a belief close to our hearts: that residency training goes far beyond clinical practice. It's about developing the next generation of confident clinicians, educators, presenters, collaborators, and future healthcare leaders.
We were honored to welcome Dr. Khawla Alhajaj, Director of Medical Education at the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), alongside Fakeeh University Hospital leadership Dr. Mohaymen and Dr. Balu, Program Directors, faculty members, and distinguished guests.
The success of this inaugural conference reflects Fakeeh Health's continued commitment to medical education, residency training, and empowering young healthcare professionals to take ownership of their learning and growth.
For Residents. By Residents. Building the future of healthcare together.
