Planetree International Visit – Coming Soon
We are pleased to announce that a team from Planetree International will be visiting Fakeeh University Hospital from December 8 to December 12, 2025.
This visit is part of our commitment to delivering exceptional, person-centred care to our patients, families, community, and staff.
Planetree International is a global leader in person-centred healthcare. Their evaluation will help us understand how well our organization meets internationally recognised standards that focus on both medical needs and human needs.
Your Voice Matters
During the onsite visit, you may be approached by members of the Planetree team. If you feel comfortable, we kindly encourage you to share your honest feedback. They are interested in learning:
- What we are doing well
- Where you believe we can improve
- How your experience with us can be further enhanced
All comments shared with the team will remain anonymous and will be included in a comprehensive findings report.
If you prefer not to participate, that is completely fine — your choice will be respected.

In addition to the onsite visit, Planetree International welcomes written feedback from anyone who has received care at our hospital or worked within our organization.
You may submit your comments during the 4-week public comment period following the guidelines below:

- Indicate the full name of the organization you are writing about, including the city, state and country.
- Comments can address any aspect of your care or work experience.
- All comments will be kept confidential.
- Comments may be submitted via online form, via email or through the mail, but must be received by the final date of the public comment period.
